Age limit
This website and the casino room it describes are intended for adults aged eighteen and over. By using the site you confirm that you meet that requirement. We ask to see proof of age at the door and reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who cannot provide it.

Rules of the visit
Guests are asked to follow the rules published on the Table and house rules page, and to act with courtesy towards staff and other guests. A guest who disturbs the evening may be asked to leave, and will be welcome to return on another occasion once the matter has been resolved.
Reservations
A reservation made through the website is a request, and it becomes a booking only when confirmed by the host. Tables are held for fifteen minutes past the time given. Reservations can be changed or cancelled without charge by ringing or writing to the house at any time before the evening.
Chips have no value
Every game described on this website is played with chips that have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or redeemed. No entry fee is charged, no wager is accepted and no prize of any kind is awarded. A tournament winner is named on a board, and nothing else is given.
Offline play only
Nothing described here can be played online. The site offers no game, no application and no remote table. The forms exist only so that we can arrange a table or a seat in the building on Poynton Street, and they must not be used for any other purpose.
Liability
We take care that the opening hours, the menu and the program shown here are accurate, but they may change without notice, and the website is provided as it is. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. Nothing here limits any right you hold under consumer law.
Texts and photographs
The words, photographs and design of this website belong to the venue or are used with permission. You may read them, print a page for personal use and share a link, but you may not copy them for another site or for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Australian law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of South Australia, and if you wish to make a complaint, please write to the reservations address in the footer first. Complaints are read by the floor manager and answered personally, normally within a few working days.
